hi i’m sorry for a late response. haven’t been checking in as often as i should! yes they can be very welcoming, but they are shy too, so don’t take their ‘shyness’ as being ‘hostile’! if they seem to appear ‘hostile’ it just means they are intimated by the language barrier! good luck!
